During my stay at the Shearwater Hotel & Spa for a family celebration, I found the facilities to be quite impressive, especially the spa and pool areas. However, I encountered several issues with service quality and room conditions that detracted from the overall experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, but improvements in management and staff training are needed to enhance service efficiency.
